# How to Generate Auth Header for Merchants

Please follow the below steps to generate auth header for merchants:

**Step 1**: Log in to the RocketFuel partner portal.

**Step 2**: Go to the Merchants menu and expand the merchant detail by clicking on the '+' icon.

**Step 3**: Click on the 'Link' icon under Auth Header. Clicking on the 'Link' icon will generate the Auth Header.
